Course Bookings

We make every effort to ensure that all of our courses take place as planned. We will only cancel a course where exceptional circumstances force us to do so (e.g. tutor illness) and a full refund will be issued to all delegates in these circumstances.

A delegate who wishes to cancel their booked place on a course may do so and be entitled to a full refund (less any card handling fee we may have paid on the original payment) up to ten working days prior to the date of the course. We regret that we are unable to provide a refund to anyone withdrawing less than ten working days before the date of a course if we are subsequently unable to rebook their place on the course.

Please note that in applying to attend a course you agree to allow us to store your details on our computer system for administrative purposes (we do not store any financial information you may provide for payment purposes).

We will also periodically send you further details on future courses and services provided by GBSport and we will provide you with the option to unsubscribe from marketing sent by us. Please rest assured that we will not pass on any of your details to any third party under any circumstances.

Confirmation details of the course arrangements are sent approximately five working days before the start of the course to all delegates.
