GBSport provides a number of individuals and organisations with a telephone and email support service for their business requirements which can be tailored to cater for budget and response time.

Organisations

We currently provide a contracted support service to a wide range of national governing bodies and we were selected in 2011 to provide a helpline service to Scottish national governing bodies by sportscotland, the national sports agency for Scotland. 

Individuals

Individuals can also benefit from our helpline service, either by purchasing our annual support contract service for unlimited help on all aspects of running a business in sport or on a per enquiry basis.

The annual support contract costs just £175 for one calendar year, entitling the individual to:

• Fast response telephone and email support during office hours 
• Unlimited number of enquiries (subject to fair use) 
• 15% discount on GBSport training services 
• 10% discount on GBSport software

Per Enquiry Support

Our 'per enquiry' service provides support at a cost of just £25 per enquiry and entitles the user to thirty minutes of support for one enquiry or series of questions, via email and/or telephone. Call us on 01952 620099 for further details.
